Trump Hopeful As Obamacare Falters

President Donald Trump sees an opportunity to make a bipartisan bill on healthcare now that a judge has found the Affordable Care Act to be unconstitutional.

The judgement was made after major tax reform caused the removal of an individual mandate that listed the ACA to be an extension of Congress’ tax power.

Trump has been celebrating the decision, and called on both Republicans and Democrats to come together on a healthcare plan that supports protections for preexisting conditions while amending some of the problems presented in Obamacare.

It seems healthcare will be another key issue going into 2019, but it will have to wait its turn as the potential government shutdown is the leading debate.
